This information will be used solely for Breezy Valley Siberians' purpose of choosing the perfect home for each one of our puppies. Any Information submitted in this application is confidential. We ask quite a bit of questions to get to know each individual and it helps us in our final decisions. If not, Have you researched the breed thoroughly? 6)- What do you like most about Siberian huskies? What specifically drew you to this breed? 7)- Will shedding be an issue for you? 8)- Huskies tend to be a very vocal breed. Some are more vocal than others. They bark/howl. Will noise be an issue where you reside? 9)- Do you own any other pets or dogs? 9a)- Are they Spayed/Neutered? 9b)- If they are not spayed or neutered, Please explain why. 10)- Is there anyone in your household that is/are allergic to fur? 11)- What type of home to you reside in? ( single family home, townhouse, apartment, etc?) 12)- Do you own your residence or rent? 13)- Are there children in the household? If so, what are their ages? 14)- Where will puppy stay when you are not home (at work, etc)? 15)- Are you looking for a certain gender or coat color? Is eye color a deciding factor for you? 16)- How soon are you looking to bring a puppy home? (Within a month, 6 months, a year, As soon as one is available)? 17)- Have you ever returned a pet to the breeder/rescue? If so, what were the circumstances? 18)- Is everyone in your household onboard with bringing a puppy home? 19)- Our Take-Back Clause states that at anytime, or any age of puppy/dog, if you can no longer care for the dog or within reason provide a safe home or environment, That you must first inform us and return the dog/puppy to us. We will find a suitable & loving home for them. None of our puppies are to be sold, given away or surrendered to a shelter. Do you agree/comply with this? 20)- The puppy will be sold under a spay & neuter contract. Do you comply with this? 21)- We do not ship our puppies.
